I just started my second batch of freezer pickles for this summer. They are swimming in salt water and will do so for 48 hours. They are so tasty and sweet, just the right combination of sugar and vinegar.....with a little sweet onion thrown in for good measure

Right now, I am going to make a bacon and avocado sandwich.....yes, bacon and avocado. They are yummy. Then, I will continue to crochet on an afghan that I just started last night. A pattern I just found and absolutely love.

Mrs. Bella (city kitty) has found a nice cool place to sleep for the day, as it is near 90 degrees here.
