By the time you read this...........



By the time you read this, all evidence of this egg-salad sandwich will no longer be.

It is that time of year....Easter is on the way, and there will be an over abundance of egg-salad sandwiches......mine was made with farm fresh

brown eggs, a little celery, s&p. Toasted whole wheat bread and oh....so

delicious. :)
